All cleaning services must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or email. We operate Monday through Saturday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with Sunday services available for emergencies only.

Our primary service area includes Makati City and surrounding Metro Manila areas. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.

Property Preparation

Service Guarantees

We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will re-clean the specific area at no additional charge.

Payment Methods

Billing and Invoicing

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) rules, in Makati City, Metro Manila.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
